Pueblo, Colorado, has the highest population of any city in Pueblo County. The population is approximately 104,877. As far as population, Pueblo is ranked #245 in the United States. Pueblo is located at the convergence of Fountain Creek and the Arkansas River. It is about 103 miles south of Denver.
